All the materials are sourced from China through 3OBM’s partner suppliers and installed with local Western Australian trades. Unlike other China supplied products 3OBM provides quality that meets Australian Standards and contract / payment terms as per Western Australian construction industry standards. The 3OBM team is located in Perth and provides industry leading service. 3OBM supply to large scale commercial construction projects such as apartment developments, hotels, retirement projects, where there is high repetition and volume to provide the best efficiency and therefore

The Group

3OBM is part of the 3 Oceans Group which is a Western Australian Company established in 2008. 3 Oceans Group is backed by the International Company Qianjin Steel who was established in 1986 primarily as a steel smelting and processing business and has grown to a Chinese top 500 private enterprise and is a manufacturer of materials and developer in China with its head office in Hebei Province, China.

3 Oceans Group is targeting property development, primary production through wine production, capital investment and building materials here in WA. Since being established, 3 Oceans Group has invested over $186million into the state’s economy through the purchase of strategic assets including the Palandri Winery, Margaret River, and the Wilkes Winery, Franklin River, as well as development sites in Scarborough and North Fremantle.

The Scarborough site, located at the corner of West Coast Highway and Scarborough Beach Road, is the most advanced development, with construction due to commence in 2018. The project planned on this site is a 40-level mixed use development made up of 345 residential apartments, a 4 star hotel made up of 159 rooms, 2,184m2 of retail & commercial, 2,350m2 of convention centre and it is the crown in the jewel of the Scarborough Redevelopments Vision.
